Answer: No, we are not a retail service center so you will need to have your local bike shop send your suspension product to us for service. If you need help finding a shop to go through please contact email@example.com and we will direct you to the best shop to deal with.
Question: There is no dealer listed for my area, how do I purchase a Trident product?
Answer: You can place an order through our online shop for the items you would like and we will ship the product to your local bike shop for pick up.
